Policies

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

- Credit cards are pre-charged by 2pm one day before arrival. If your card details are invalid or if there are insufficient funds available, your booking will automatically be cancelled. It's your responsibility to ensure we have your up-to-date card details and sufficient available funds.

- Cancellations until 2 PM on the day BEFORE arrival will not incur any charges. After 2 PM on the day BEFORE arrival will incur charge for the first night's accommodation. In case of a "no show" we will charge the first 2 nights and cancel the remainder of the booking. Different policies apply to group bookings (5 or more guests).

Hostel policies:

Being a small independent hostel we pride ourselves on providing our guests a comfortable, relaxing stay and a good night's sleep. Therefore we adhere to the following policies:

• Government issued I.D. and physical credit card need to be provided upon check in. Photos or copies are not accepted.

• Quiet time between 22:30 and 08:00

• No alcohol consumption on the premises (including the bedrooms) after 21:00. No intoxication at any time.

• No parties (stag, hen, birthday etc) and no overly rowdy behaviour.

• No playing of loud music / movies, no offensive language, no illegal substances or activities.

• Damage, stains or excessive cleaning resulting from your stay may be charged at our discretion.

• Visitors are allowed with the following limitations: Visitors need to be reported to the reception with I.D. One visitor per guest, no longer than 30 minutes and only between 14:00 and 21:00, visitors are not to use shower or kitchen facilities. During busy times access to visitors may be declined.

• Infants and young children are to be supervised by the accompanying adult(s) at all times. Their safety and how their behaviour impacts other guests are the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult(s).

These policies are strictly enforced. Please only book with us if these policies align with your intentions for your stay.

Failing to comply with our hostel policies will result in eviction without refund.
